ii. The Practice

Tai Chi & Qigong.

Embodied, energy-cultivating movement to support balance, flow, and presence. Rooted in Taoism and Traditional Chinese Medicine — sometimes described as "movement in stillness."

Led by Rebecca Brooks, certified through the Tai Chi for Health Institute. The practice has been studied to lower blood pressure, ease anxiety and depression, improve memory and pain management, and reduce arthritis symptoms — all while building strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
